    Inclusions:

  • Remote management - up to 4 hours remote management per month. Additional hours charged at £40.00 per hour.
  • ISP/TV management - we communicate with BT, Sky and other service providers on your behalf. Up to 4 hours per month. Additional hours charged at £40 per hour.
  • Quarterly updates - 1 visit every quarter to run software updates on all systems at the house. We find that this procedure alone greatly improves the performance of home technology and reduces the chance of technology failures.
  • Discounted service rate - 15% discount from our standard rate.

    Standard rates:

  • Call out – 1st hour - £140
  • Call out – Additional hours - £70
  • Remote management - £40 per hour

    Warranties:

  • Typically, all Control4 and automation hardware comes with a 2 year warranty
